It is filled with malleable & teachable professionals who can operate as counselors & case managers. We are not coaches. We promote autonomy & accompany people on their journeys to achieve their goals. 

In the systems we operate within, we find gaps & fill them. If the gap cannot be filled, we build bridges. If we cannot build a bridge, we fly. We fly through the storms, honored.
